About

M1CR0B1AL1Z3R is a webserver for analyzing bacterial genomics data. It gets as input a dataset of bacterial genomes (up to 2120 genomes - the largest dataset size we support) and generates quantitative and qualitative measurements, visual and textual results, ready for publication or further analysis. Some of the outputs are open reading frames of each genome, orthologous groups (both unaligned and aligned), core proteome, phylogenetic tree, KEGG annotation and more. See an example for outputs of a 41-genomes dataset (40 Chlamydia and 1 outgroup) here, and walk-through of the results here.
